Terms of Service

Last updated: February 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CloudsProvider website and services. By submitting an inquiry or completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by these terms. CloudsProvider provides discounted AWS credit accounts through a secure, escrow-protected process.

2. Services Provided

CloudsProvider sells AWS accounts that contain promotional credits at a discount to their face value. Credits are delivered as standalone AWS accounts intended to be linked to the buyer's existing AWS Organization via consolidated billing. CloudsProvider does not provide direct access to your existing AWS account or infrastructure.

3. Transaction Process

All transactions are conducted through Escrow.com, a licensed third-party escrow service. The process is: (a) buyer and seller agree on terms, (b) buyer funds the escrow, (c) seller delivers the AWS account credentials, (d) buyer verifies the credit balance and approves escrow release, (e) funds are released to seller. Escrow.com's terms also apply.

4. Verification and Acceptance

Upon delivery, the buyer has a reasonable inspection period (typically 24-48 hours) to verify the credit balance in the AWS billing console. Once confirmed, the buyer approves the escrow release. If credits are not as described, the buyer may dispute through Escrow.com's resolution process.

5. Credit Characteristics

AWS credits may have specific terms including expiration dates, eligible service restrictions, and usage caps. CloudsProvider will disclose all known terms prior to the transaction. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify credits meet their requirements during the inspection period.

6. No Guarantees on AWS Policy

While CloudsProvider provides legitimate AWS credits, CloudsProvider cannot guarantee that AWS will not change its policies regarding credit usage, consolidated billing, or account management. CloudsProvider is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

CloudsProvider's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for that specific transaction. CloudsProvider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat transaction details, pricing, and communication as confidential. CloudsProvider will not disclose buyer information except as required to facilitate escrow or as required by law.

9. Refund Policy

All transactions are protected by Escrow.com. If delivered credits do not match agreed terms, the buyer may reject delivery and receive a full refund through escrow. Once the buyer approves escrow release, the transaction is final.

10. Modifications

CloudsProvider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
